Doneal Clark, the wife of the Cumberland County murder suspect Kirk Clark, has been charged in connection to the Jan. 19 burglary and homicide of Linda Damewood.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation released the updated information on the Clarks late Tuesday.
According to TBI, which joined the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office investigation following the Saturday, Jan. 19 shooting that left one woman dead, Kirk Clark, 35, was arrested Jan. 22 following a traffic stop.
A woman in the car with Kirk Clark, Doreal Marie Clark, 35, was also arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a prohibited weapon.
The investigation led to law enforcement identifying Kirk Clark, an acquaintance of the deceased, Damewood, as an individual responsible for Damewood’s death. Kirk Clark has been charged with first degree murder.
Upon further investigation, TBI says officer developed information that indicated Doneal Clark, Kirk’s wife, was also responsible for Damewood’s death.
On Tuesday, Jan. 29, Doneal Clark was arrested and charged with first degree murder.
She’s been booked into Cumberland County Jail and is being held on a $2 million bond.
