Walt Disney Studios gave the world the first look at the live-action “Lion King” movie during Thanksgiving football on Thursday.
According to Walt Disney Studios, “‘The Lion King’ journeys to the African savanna where a future king must overcome betrayal and tragedy to assume his rightful place on Pride Rock.”
Donald Glover will be the voice of Simba and Beyonce Knowles-Carter will voice Nala.
The film opens on July 19.
