CHATTANOOGA (WATE) – One of the mothers of a surviving Chattanooga school bus crash victim has filed a lawsuit against bus company Durham School Services and driver Johnthony Walker.
Six children died as a result of the crash Monday afternoon. Walker has been charged with five counts of vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and reckless driving.More:Read the full lawsuit [PDF]
The suit was filed by attorney Herbert Thornbury on behalf of Kimberly Boling, the mother of an 8-year-old boy involved in the crash who was injured but survived. The suit claims he may have permanent physical and psychological injuries.
