The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation captured a Shelbyville murder suspect who was recently added to TBI’s Top Ten Fugitive list.
32-year-old Jesse Ray Laurin is wanted in Shelbyville on second-degree murder charges. TBI says he was captured Saturday night in Murfreesboro. He was considered armed and dangerous.
Laurin is described as a white man, stand approximately five feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 167 pounds. He has short brown hair and blue eyes.
