A year of not knowing where or what has happened to a family member, is something a Scott County family has dealt with since May 18 of 2018.

29-year-old William Cross of Huntsville, Tenn. was last heard from on Friday, May 18, 2018; he was dropped off on Williamsburg Street in Whitley City, KY.

Cross was talking on his cell to a family member a year ago stating he was walking in the woods. The call got disconnected and no one has heard or seen from him since.

The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is stating that someone out there knows the truth and that is all his family is after, the truth.

If anyone has any information about Cross’ disappearance, you are urged to call the Kentucky State Police, the Mccreary County Sheriff or the Scott County Sheriff’s office (423-663-3111.)

They also state that anyone with information can remain anonymous.
