Identities of Outlet Dr. shooting victims released, both remain hospitalized

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting on August 2 at 2:30 a.m. in the 11000 block of Outlet Drive in West Knox County and has now released the identities of the victims involved.

Officers discovered two people with gunshot wounds. Both were transported by AMR for treatment. The initial investigation revealed both parties were shooting at one another.

KCSO reports the two victims are Shawn Baker, 27, and Wesley Farmer, 37, and both remain hospitalized at this time.
