TOWNSEND (WATE) – The Blount County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an infant’s death.
Deputies have not released many details, but say a one-month-old boy died Wednesday night. His parents live in Townsend.
The boy was taken to the Knox County Regional Forensics Center where an autopsy was performed Thursday morning. The investigation is ongoing pending autopsy results.
