GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – Update: Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reports the missing 15-year-old out of Greene County has been found safe.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an endangered child alert for a Greene County teenager.
TBI officials say 15-year-old Alyssa Faye Haley Cutshall is missing.
She has a known medical condition and if you know where she is call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND or the Greene County Sheriff’s Office at 423-798-1800.
