KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — This week’s edition of “In the Penalty Box” features Ice Bears right wing Justin Portillo.
Portillo spent the majority of the season with the Vermillion County Bobcats. Since he’s been in Knoxville, the right wing has scored one goal and tallied two assists through seven games.
