Vols ranked #24 in AP Top 25 basketball poll, Lady Vols up to #11

The University of Tennessee men’s basketball team is ranked No. 24 in the most recent Associated Press Top 25 Poll. 

Meanwhile, the Lady Vols, who are a perfect 8-0 this year, moved up to No. 11 in their poll. They were previously #12.

The Volunteers are 6-1 so far this season coming off of a 77-70 victory over Georgia Tech in Atlanta on Sunday night.

The last time the Vols were ranked in the poll was Dec. 20, 2010. 

Florida, Texas A&M and Kentucky are also ranked in the Top 25 in the men’s poll.

The Lady Vols take on Troy on Wednesday night in Knoxville. The Vols take on Lipscomb on Saturday in Knoxville.
