Zach Wilson showed some confidence in Sunday night’s Week 4 game against the Chiefs, and as a result the offense received a much-needed spark.

With the Jets trailing by eight approaching halftime, Wilson dialed up a pass to Garrett Wilson along the sideline. New York’s star wide receiver showcased what the hype surrounding him is all about, making an incredible sliding catch along the sideline.

Courtesy of NBC’s pylon cam along the sideline, fans were able to see just how special Wilson’s catch was, as he maintained possession of the football while catching it with his fingers, all while staying in bounds.

Unfortunately, Wilson wasn’t able to pick up the first down on the play and kicker Greg Zuerlein missed a long field goal on the next play.

But whatever, this was so cool:

The degree of difficulty on Wilson’s highlight-reel catch cannot be understated, as he made the definition of a fingertip catch while also ensuring to stay in bounds.

The Wilson-Wilson connection has been critical for New York as they aim to stage an upset of the Chiefs, as the star wide receiver has been the team’s most targeted weapon on offense throughout the night.
