Every day across the state, juveniles are charged in connection to serious crimes including murder, carjacking and stealing. In many cases, they can't be punished past the age of 19 - because of state law. It's an issue that has come up before in our state's legislature, but once again is being debated now that two Memphis teens are accused of killing a leader in Tennessee's Methodist Church.
